REMAINING RELATIVE VISA

The Remaining Relative visa is for individuals who wish to join their siblings or parents, who are their only near relatives, in Australia.

PARENT VISA

A Parent visa enables parents with children living in Australia to join their children permanently through sponsorship.

AGED PARENT VISA

An Aged Parent visa entitles parents older than 63 years of age to be sponsored by their children in Australia.

PROSPECTIVE MARRIAGE VISA

The Prospective Marriage visa enables overseas partners to travel to Australia to marry their Australian fiance(e).

SPOUSE VISA

A Spouse visa enables a married, de facto or same-sex partner to be sponsored by their Australian partner.

The Australian Family migration stream aims to reunite immediate and extended family members with their eligible Australian relatives. Applicants wishing to migrate under the Family migration scheme must be sponsored by a close family relative who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen and at least 18 years of age.

Business travellers from ETA-eligible countries can apply for an Electronic Travel Authority online and allows business people to attend business related meetings or conferences in Australia for up to three months.

The Australian Skilled or Work visa program is specifically tailored to encourage individuals with specific skills and capabilities to migrate to Australia to improve Australia's economy and work force.

Australian Work visa applicants who are able to obtain sponsorship through an employer or be nominated under one of the participating State Migration Plans are given priority processing.
